1. Introduction and Agreement to Terms

  • Client or You: The person making a booking and all persons named on the booking.

  • Company: Tweddell Golf Travel, acting as an agent in arranging golf travel packages.

  • Services: The arrangement and booking of travel packages, including flights, accommodation, golf tee times, transfers, and related activities.

  • Supplier: Any third-party provider of travel elements, such as airlines, hotels, golf clubs, and ground transportation companies.

  • Booking: The reservation of a travel package or service through the Company.


3. Use of the Site and Intellectual Property

  • Site Use: You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Site.

  • Intellectual Property: All content, design, graphics, and other materials on the Site are the property of Tweddell Golf Travel or are used with permission. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or republish any content without our prior written consent.


4. Bookings, Pricing, and Payment

A. Agency Status

We act as an agent for the Suppliers. When you make a booking, you enter into a contract with the relevant Supplier(s) for the provision of the travel elements (e.g., hotel stay, flight). We accept no liability for the acts or omissions of the Suppliers.

B. Confirmation and Pricing

  1. A Booking is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation from us, typically after we receive confirmation from all relevant Suppliers and receive payment.

  2. Prices are subject to change until the Booking is confirmed and payment is received in full. We reserve the right to correct errors in both advertised and confirmed prices.

  3. A deposit, as specified during the booking process, is required to secure your reservation. Full payment must be received by the due date specified on the invoice. Failure to pay on time may result in the automatic cancellation of your Booking without refund of the deposit.

C. Payment Terms

Payment must be made in the currency specified on the invoice. We use secure payment methods, and your card details are processed by third-party payment gateways.


5. Cancellations, Amendments, and Refunds

A. By the Client

  2. Cancellations are subject to the specific cancellation terms of the Suppliers involved in your Booking. You are liable for any cancellation charges imposed by the Suppliers, plus an administrative fee charged by the Company (details available upon request).

  3. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the Supplier’s policy and may take time to be remitted to the Client.

B. By the Company or Supplier

In the unlikely event that a Supplier cancels or makes a significant change to your travel arrangements, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer alternative arrangements or a full refund, as dictated by the Supplier's terms and applicable law. We are not liable for any additional costs incurred by you as a result of such cancellations or changes.


6. Client Responsibilities

  1. Travel Documents: The Client is solely responsible for ensuring that all members of the party possess valid passports, visas, health certificates, and any other travel documentation required for the itinerary.

  2. Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the booking process and for checking all details on the confirmation invoice and travel documents immediately upon receipt.

  3. Insurance: Adequate travel insurance is strongly recommended. We encourage clients to purchase a policy that covers cancellation, medical expenses, personal accident, and loss of personal belongings.


7. Limitation of Liability

  1. The Company acts only as an agent for the Suppliers. We have exercised reasonable care in selecting reputable Suppliers, but we cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay, or irregularity which may be occasioned by reason of any defect in any vehicle, or through the acts or default of any Supplier or any other person engaged in carrying out the services.

  2. Our liability for any claim against us, whether in contract or tort (including negligence), is limited to the total price paid by the Client for the Booking.


8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, Wales and Scotland. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England, Wales and Scotland for the resolution of any disputes.


9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise and amend these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted on the Site. By continuing to use the Site or Services after any changes are made, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
